Sporting Goods

Sporting goods and equipment may be accepted at local organizations for reuse. For more information on local donation sites visit our donations page.  Also consider selling or giving used sporting equipment away on Front Porch Forum or Craiglist. Unusable sports equipment that is at least 80% metal may be recycled as scrap metal at the District Transfer Station (metal items larger than one cubic foot or greater than 25 pounds must be separated from the trash per District Ordinance). Unusable sports equipment that is not at least 80% metal should be disposed of as trash.
